Sunil is having 20+ years of experience in Process Management, SEPG, CMMI, Audits, Agile and Lean practices across various organizations. He uses to manage Process Innovations & Compliance at Organization Level and also actively managing internal automation, data analytics and customer projects.
He has done MS in Quality Management from BITS Pilani & B.E. in Computer Science from KIET, Ghaziabad. He is having certifications in CSQA, ITIL, CSM, CMMI, Internal Auditors, Train the Trainer, Project & Program Management, Agile Project Management, SCRUM Master etc.
He is fond of learning new things, training, mentoring others and helping others to achieve new horizons in their life. He believes that the hard/technical skills can help you to grow during early days of your career but soft skills play vital roles when you have 10+ years of experience. The good thing is the soft skills can be learnt any time but the challenging part is that it takes time, effort & mentoring to grow in long run.
Since his mid-twenties, he has been experiencing a dual mentor-mentee role. This dual practice has played a key role in his personal development and career growth. As life is a continuous learning journey that never ends, he believes that this relationship should be started as early as teenage years, and continued throughout our lifespan.
